Customology’s Chief Customologist, Mark James recently presented to 90+ marketing and franchise professionals at the Franchise Advisory Centre’s annual Franchise Marketing Forum in Brisbane.

Mark discussed the importance of thinking like a customer, and how to leverage the moneymoon period to activate the path to re-purchase. Mark also shared several best practice franchise marketing case studies.
