Australia’s leading customer growth and retention agency, Customology, has announced several leadership changes following a wave of internal promotions to support the ongoing growth and expansion of the business.

Jacqueline Carynny and Lulu Liu have joined Customology’s senior leadership team (SLT), whilst existing SLT member Katie Kriedemann has been promoted.

Katie Kriedemann steps into the newly created role of Operations Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day service delivery operations of the agency. Katie joined Customology in 2019 as Head of Planning.

I’m honoured to lead a passionate and innovative team of Customologists and excited to see what the future holds.” Kriedemann added.

Jacqueline Carynny steps into the newly created role of Head of Client Strategy, responsible for leading Customology’s strategy and client services team. Jacqueline joined Customology six years ago as an account executive and has held several positions across this time, leading major accounts and playing a key role in client strategy.

Lulu Liu has been promoted to Head of Data Science, leading the data science team of 8 to develop robust, insights-led strategies and solutions that are custom-tailored to each clients’ needs. Lulu joined Customology two years ago as a Senior Data Analyst working across key accounts and driving the next generation of data science capability.

Lulu and Jacqueline join existing SLT members, Katie, Michael, Derek Rogers (Head of Engineering) and Lynsey McGregor (Marketing Manager), bringing a 66% female senior leadership representation at Customology.
